What happens if something isnt working?

We make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your van is in full working order when you pick it up, but on the very rare occasion sometimes things can go wrong. In the first instance, please refer to the van handbook. However, if you’re still stuck, please give us a call and we’ll help you fix the problem. If you end up out of pocket by purchasing replacement items (up to a maximum of £50), please keep the receipts and we’ll reimburse you. However, please call us to let us know before you buy anything.

Call us in the first instance, this is classed as an emergency, if you can't get thru, please text. Then call the AA. We have full European Cover.  The van is serviced at regular interval's so hopefully this shouldn't occur.

Don’t admit fault in the first instance. Take as many photographs as possible and call us immediately on 07782 544734 as soon as it is safe and practical to do so to let us know what's happened. We'll advise you on what to do next. There will also be a BUMP card in the vehicle handbook which you should read should anything happen.

What time must I return the Vehicle?

The vehicle must be returned by 11am on the last day of rental.  Returning the vehicle late has a knock on effect to the next client and as such a fee of £100 per hour will be payable.  We are very strict on this.

You Must also ensure the campervan is as clean as when you hired it & it has a full tank of diesel.

If you're between the ages of 23 and 75, have had a drivers licence for at least 2 years, have not had any more than 6 penalty points on your licence in the last 3 years and have not been refused insurance in the past then you may almost certainly rent our van.

Do I need to book a campsite in Advance?

We would advise that you book your campsites in advance during the peak season and school holidays, particularly if you would like to use electric hook-up which will enable you to use all the camper facilities to their full advantage.  We are also part of The Camping and Caravanning Club Privilege Scheme, which offers upto 30% off of site fees!

How do I pay?

Payment is accepted by PayPal or Bank Transfer, Cash as a last resort but we will take it.  Initially we require a 25% deposit, a further 25% is required 28 days prior to hire and the rest is due on the day of hire.  We can take this deposit online however, it costs us about 2.5% so in order to keep our costs to a minimum we would prefer bank transfer.

We may also be able to offer interest free payments if you book 12 months in advance.

We are working with the bank to offer a credit/debit card facility for when you hire the van. Also a security deposit of £750 (over 25 years old) or £1000 (23 & 24 year olds) will be taken.  This is fully refunded once the vehicle has been returned and the Terms and Conditions have been met usually within 7 days.
